The Apple App Store allows developers to put on a reviewed app, but there is a split in fees. Some developers believe that the division is unfair and accuses Apple in the US court.
California App developer Donald R. Cameron and Illinois Pure Sweat Basketball accused Apple of the San Jose Court in California, saying that the way to download iPhone apps through the Apple App Store is anti-competitive.
The recommended price of 99 US cents and then 30%
Apple asked developers to price the app at a price of 99 US cents and draw up to 30% commission.
According to the developers, this method of monopolizing the retail channel is to charge developers a low price in disguise. Competitive markets can provide developers with better prices and fairer profits.
They pointed out that the lawsuit filed by consumers also indicated that Apple artificially increased the price of the app.
