According to the report, the National Development and Reform Commission revealed that according to the National Security Law and other relevant laws and regulations, the National Development and Reform Commission is taking the lead in organizing research and establishment of a national technical safety management inventory system to more effectively prevent and resolve national security risks. Specific measures will be introduced in the near future.

According to previous reports, the Ministry of Commerce also pointed out at the end of last month that China will establish a “list of unreliable entities” to block or confiscate Chinese companies for non-compliance with market rules, deviance from the spirit of the contract, and for non-commercial purposes. Foreign companies, organizations or individuals with legitimate rights and interests of enterprises will be included in the list of unreliable entities.
