The British ambassador to the United States, Kim Darroch, was revealed in a diplomatic message, after satirizing US President Donald Trump, he announced his resignation on Wednesday (10th).
In his letter, Darok said that he hopes to end all kinds of speculation outside and that the current situation has made him unable to perform his duties as he wishes.
British Prime Minister Theresa May said she regretted the incident.
In the diplomatic message, Darok said that Trump was “clumsy, incompetent and unreliable” and the content of the message was leaked. The incident affected the relationship between the United Kingdom and the United States. Trump repeatedly counterattacked and criticized the British ambassador as not a competent diplomat.
