Barcelona, November 2024 — In a show of #solidarity with those affected in Valencia (Spain) by the recent DANA (Spanish accronym for Sudden Atmospheric Phenomenon) storm, Philip Stanton Studio and Galería Barnadas Barcelona, in collaboration with well-known Cervezas Moritz beer lab, are hosting a special #charity event to raise #funds for Cruz Roja Española (Spanish Red Cross).
The event will take place on Friday, November 15th, 2024 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Galería Jordi Barnadas (C/ Consell de Cent, 347, Barcelona), within the context of Philip Stanton’s solo exhibition “There and Here”.
About Philip Stanton
Philip Stanton, a versatile artist, designer, and musician, has been a prominent figure in Barcelona’s art scene since 1988. Known for his #vibrant, joyful style, Stanton’s work often features still landscapes that radiate optimism and hope. His art blends pop art and #cubism with a Mediterranean sensibility, creating images that aim to inspire a brighter #future.
Stanton’s recent projects include designing a limited-edition packaging line for Cervezas Moritz, further cementing his influence in both the local and #international art world.
Charity Raffles and Special Artwork Sale
During the event, Philip Stanton will be present to draw two lucky winners from the attendees for a raffle of two signed and numbered graphic artworks. The event will also feature Stanton’s ongoing #exhibition, and attendees can enjoy a relaxed atmosphere with refreshments provided by Cervezas Moritz.
In addition to the raffles, there will be an opportunity to purchase #exclusive graphic artworks by Stanton.
All profits from the sales will go directly to support the work of the Spanish Red Cross in the affected areas. The limited edition artworks, available at a special #reduced price, can be purchased through a dedicated online platform starting November 9th until November 30th, 2024.
