Ukrainian comedian Volodymyr Zelenskiy officially sworn in the presidency on Monday (20th) and immediately announced the dissolution of the parliament, hoping to use high-profile people to win the national meeting for the party members.

In his inaugural speech, he hoped that the life of the Ukrainian people would be as happy as the Swiss and that they intended to resolve the armed conflicts in the eastern part of the country for many years.

In addition, he also asked Congress to pass two bills within two months, including the removal of the right of members not to be prosecuted, and the prohibition of illegal self-fertilization by officials, hoping to crack down on local corruption over the years.

In Russia, where the Crimean issue is in conflict with Ukraine, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov was asked if President Vladimir Putin would congratulate Zelensky on his election and said that there is no plan yet. As long as Ukraine resolves the eastern issue and repairs relations with Moscow, Putin will congratulate the other party.
