The Intellectual Property Office (IPO) announced a new trademark called Sussex Royal on its website on December 20.

Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex and Mrs. Meghan Markle filed an application on June 21 to register hundreds of trademark rights in the Intellectual Property Office.

The merchandise projects registered by the two include charity fundraising, as well as education, clothing, newspapers and magazines.

After registering their trademarks, Harry and Meghan can run clothing stores and start media companies such as newspapers or magazines. Some royal fans believe that the two may launch a series of products related to the royal family in the future.

Registered trademarks do not necessarily mean that they must be used, but it is guaranteed that if anyone launches goods or services related to the Sussex royal family without approval, they have the right to take legal action in this regard.
