HKEx and Beijing Antaike to expand non-ferrous metals trading

The Hong Kong Stock Exchange (0388) announced that it signed a memorandum of cooperation with Beijing Antaike Information Co., Ltd. on May 24, and further expanded the bilateral cooperation in the field of non-ferrous metal bulk commodities on the basis of the existing alumina quotation cooperation.

The two sides will establish a deeper level of strategic cooperation and jointly promote the internationalization of spot prices of non-ferrous metal bulk commodities in China.

This cooperation memorandum was witnessed by Li Gang, head of the Market Development Division of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Documentary Army, Vice Chairman of the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association, Zheng Jiaxuan, Chairman of Antaike, and Dong Feng, General Manager of Qianhai United Trading Center. Zhang Moyang, head of the commodity department, and Ren Baifeng, deputy general manager of Antaike, signed the agreement on behalf of both parties.
