CORPOn June 17th, 2022, WLIN Global Holdings has successfully organized the first Meeting of shareholders and Gala Dinner – Launching Ceremony of the Top 100 International Oustanding Vietnamese Women Leaders 2022 award, which took place in Furama Resort, Danang city.
The first Meeting of Shareholders of WLIN Global Holdings was held with the participation of the Presidium, Advisory Board, and nearly 45 members who are Co-Founders and Partners of the Group.
At the Meeting, through the organization’s regulations and the operation of the first Meeting of Shareholders 2022, the additional members has elected the Management Council and Board of Supervisors. Besides, the additional members has approved the report of the Management Council and Board of Directors on the result of business activities from March 2022 to June 2022, Reports of business plans and resources from March 2022 to March 2023, as well as the plan to use the funds of the Co-Founders round.
The first General Meeting of shareholders took place successfully, with 100% of the votes in favor. With the goal of stable and sustainable development and towards the completion of the set KPIs, in addition to the contributions of the Management Council, the Board of the Directors as the Co-Founder role, each Co-Founder plays a major role in deciding the success of the Group towards the IPO goal in 2026.
In the evening of the same day, WLIN Global Holdings also held the Gala Dinner – Launching the Top 100 International Oustanding Vietnamese Women Leaders 2022 award. The event gathered more than 150 guests who are politicians, experts, sociologists, investors, entrepreneurs, and Vietnam and internationally members of WLIN Global.
The Top 100 International Oustanding Vietnamese Women Leaders 2022 award, organized by WLIN Global Holdings in collaboration with the Women Leaders Magazine and Business Style Magazine, produced by Nam Huong Media Group, will have a series of event that aims to find and honor the 100 Women Leaders in 100 businesses fields. The award is expected to take place in October 2022 at Ho Chi Minh City.
In the framework of the launching ceremony, the Gala Dinner also announced the Executive President of WLIN LiveBrilliantly Club, announced the new WLIN Partner of WLIN Global Holdings, launched two new clubs that are WLIN Golden Connect and WLIN Adora Quang Ninh, besides honored the two most dynamic clubs in May are WLIN Adora Quang Ninh and WLIN Emerald. The program also has performances by talented women leaders from WLIN Global, bringing a joyful and energetic atmosphere to the Gala Dinner.
Previously, on the morning of June 17, 2022, WLIN Global Holdings and WLIN Global were honored to become the companion and media sponsor of the program “The journey of promoting Vietnam Tourism, Ao Dai and Cultural Heritage. ” This is an event to promote the Vietnamese Ao Dai and cultural heritages and introduce Vietnamese tourism to countries worldwide.
The series of events ended in a joyful, cozy atmosphere, and at the same time, it brought effective exchange, sharing, and business cooperation opportunities between entrepreneurs and guests.
