Woman Leader Ho Thi Cam Van is the Director of Ken Viet Garment Company Limited – a unit specializing in quality management and distribution of garment products in Vietnam to the Japanese market, as well as Co-founder of Maison De Camille Boutique Hotel. By her passions and dedications, she has been elected to be the Chairwoman of WLIN Charming, The 5th Term.

More than 20 years of experience in the garment industry as well as working for Nissho Iwai Corp. (Japan’s 2nd largest corporation in the 90s) have helped Ms. Ho Thi Cam Van achieve great success in her career and paved the way for her to expand to Europe and North America market.
Ms. Ho Thi Cam Van, a multi-talented and insightful businesswoman, believes that “To win the hearts of customers, everything must come from genuineness.” Not only showing interest in fashion, but she has also recently ventured into the hospitality and restaurant business. Ms. Ho Thi Cam Van is currently the co-founder of Maison De Camille Boutique Hotel – a modern boutique hotel which is a combination of luxurious, classic, and full of amenities. Maison De Camille Boutique Hotel has been in operation for over 4 years, but after only 6 months of receiving spectacular votes through international hotel booking sites. It has claimed and maintained the Top 20 hotels in Ho Chi Minh City with the best service quality, out of over 700 hotels.
