In the clip, Diggs appears to hand a small bag containing a pink substance to a woman. Rapper Cardi B was also seen attending the same gathering.
Patriots head coach Mike Vrabel confirmed the team is aware of the video and emphasized the importance of players acting responsibly on and off the field. However, he declined to comment further, citing privacy concerns.
Diggs did not attend Wednesday’s voluntary Organized Team Activities (OTAs). He is currently recovering from a torn ACL sustained during his time with the Houston Texans last season.
Recently signed to a three-year, $69 million contract, Diggs was expected to be a key piece of the Patriots’ offense. The incident has now sparked questions about his off-field conduct and how it might affect team chemistry.
