Vitaly Zdorovetskiy, once one of YouTube’s most infamous pranksters, is now facing serious legal consequences in the Philippines after a livestream spiraled out of control.
In early April 2025, Vitaly was arrested in Bonifacio Global City, Manila, after a chaotic livestream where he harassed locals, snatched a security guard’s cap, attempted to steal a restaurant fan, and created public disturbances. The antics, intended as content, quickly turned into a legal nightmare.
Authorities charged him with multiple criminal offenses, including three counts of unjust vexation, theft, and attempted theft. Under Philippine law, these charges carry a combined penalty that could lead to a minimum of one year in prison — and potentially more if convicted on all counts.
To make matters worse, the Philippine Bureau of Immigration declared him an “undesirable alien,” blocking any potential release or departure from the country. Deportation isn’t currently an option, as neither the United States nor Russia is willing to accept him back, leaving him in legal limbo.
Vitaly is currently being held at the Bicutan Detention Center in Taguig while his case moves through the court system. Once a creator who chased controversy for clicks, he now faces the reality of prison time — and a reputation that’s rapidly unraveling.
