From Friday, June 6 to Thursday, June 20, Emirates is rolling out complimentary ice cream and sorbet at Dubai International Airport (Terminal 3) on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

You’ll find four red‑and‑white striped carts in selected departure zones across Terminal 3
Flavours
Indulge in:
- Mango, Chocolate, or Strawberry ice cream
- Passionfruit or Raspberry sorbets
It’s open to all family members, with each scoop on the house during designated hours.
Smart Travel Tips from Emirates
With a big surge in travelers expected between June 1–9, Emirates urges passengers to:
- Arrive at least 3 hours before departure
- Clear immigration 1.5 hours before flight
- Reach the gate 1 hour before boarding time
They also recommend using their remote check-in solutions:
- Home check-in (Dubai/Sharjah) – free for First Class and Platinum Skywards, with luggage pickup.
- City check-in stores (e.g. ICD Brookfield Place, DIFC): drop bags 4–24 hrs. pre-flight.
- Online/app check-in, open 48 hrs before departure, including mobile boarding passes, seat selection, and ICE entertainment pre-selection.
- Early baggage drop: 24 hrs before travel (or 12 hrs for U.S.-bound flights).
